500 g chocolate with 60%-70% cacao
50 g butter
350 ml milk
250 ml 35% cream
1- Bring the milk and cream to a boil. Pour it over the chocolate (chopped or in small round pieces). 2- Add the butter and smooth the mixture. 3- Pour the fondue into the warmer and serve it with your favourite fruits: strawberries, pineapple, blueberries or bananas, but also brioches, biscuits or madeleines. 4-Enjoy.
